The League of Women Voters-Berkeley Albany Emeryville will Bike to Get Out The Vote on Sunday October 27. Join them from Albany Memorial Park, Albany, through Berkeley down the 9th Street bike route and to Doyle Hollis Park, Emeryville. Protect our democracy and help Get Out The Vote! Join a carbon neutral effort to ensure that we all exercise our right and duty to vote.
10:45 a.m Assemble at Albany Memorial Park on Portland behind Albany High. Bring your bikes to add signs and swag!
11:00 Walkers join Bikers and head west down Portland Ave, turn south on Key Route. Walkers distribute VOTE literature along Key Route Blvd to Marin Ave. Bikers turn right and head west on Marin Ave to San Pablo Ave.
11:10 Cross the highway and Marin with the light and continue south along the west curb/bus lane on San Pablo Ave in front of the Community Garden/UC Ag Plot to the new bike route at Sprouts. Cross the driveway entrance into Sprouts heading south on bikeway past Belmont Village Senior Living. Turn west on bike path on the north side of Codernices Creek, cross the Creek on 10th St. Head down 10th to Gilman by Whole Foods, turn right and head west onto Gilman one block, then turn left to go south onto 9th St, Berkeley. Stay on 9th all the way through Berkeley, across Ashby to the Greenway
 11:30 from the Murray St. Parklet take the Emeryville Greenway to Doyle St to Doyle Hollis Park.
