Albany Strollers & Rollers has commissioned local artist Kristen Kong to design and paint a community-focused mural on a fence facing the Ohlone Greenway.
They found a perfect partner in Bay Area Kinderstube, whose fence is just north of Solano and faces the Greenway exercise and play area, as well as the Senior Center. They’ve power washed and gotten the fence ready…now all that’s left is the painting, which they’ll do on this Community Mural Painting Day.
When: September 6, 2026 @ 10:00 am – 2:00 pm
Where: Ohlone Greenway north of Solano Ave, Albany
Bring: Bring Water, sunscreen and snacks. Please wear clothes that can get dirty
