The Oakland Bicyclist and Pedestrian Advisory Commission (BPAC) is a mayor-appointed volunteer group which has been meeting every month since the 1990s to review oversee bike/walk plan implementation, review grant applications, and learn about projects, programs and policies that affect active transportation across Oakland.
At this open house you will be able to meet current bike/walk commissioners and staff, learn about what BPAC does, and get your questions answered about applying to be a commissioner.
