Richmond Ride of Silence Draws Attention to Safety Issues

The Richmond Ride of Silence drew over 50 cyclists to the Second Annual Ride of Silence organized by Richmond BPAC (Richmond Bicycle / Pedestrian Advisory Committee) with significant outreach from Richmond Spokes and support by COR from the Richmond Police Department, Mayor’s office, engineering, and Richmond Redevelopment successor agency. It was a very successful, somber, and soulful event exemplifying how much we care about each other in our small town of Richmond. The event also drew attention to the much-needed safety improvements in the City of Richmond.
