- Cutting Blvd from I-80 to Key Blvd (0.3 mi)
- Eastshore Blvd from Potrero Ave to San Pablo Ave (0.2 mi)

In addition the project includes new protected intersections, street trees and landscaping, bus boarding islands and shelters, pedestrian crossing upgrades, new traffic signals and streetlights, and more.
