Join Bike East Bay and Bike MS for a Bike Month group ride from Hayward BART to Warm Springs BART. The route will take riders through Hayward, Union City and Fremont, touring beautiful south Alameda County parks, such as Quarry Lakes and Lake Elisabeth.

Ride Waves to Wine with Bike MS and Join the Bay Area Cycling Community that’s fundraised to End MS Since ‘84
Traversing San Francisco, Marin, and Sonoma Counties, September 19th and 20th, 2026 will mark the 42nd annual ride with a $1,150,000 local fundraising goal made possible by 9,000+ donations!
Bike MS:Waves to Wine was founded in 1984 by cyclists living with MS and those who love people living with MS. Some of the original cyclists have received disease modifying therapies made possible by research they funded through the National MS Society!
What makes this the ultimate community ride is we have routes for all abilities from 23 to 102 miles. Many of our riders ride adaptive tricycles and we’ve even had a unicyclist! Rental bikes are available onsite including ebikes!
