Berkeley – Sports Basement

Celebrate with Bike East Bay at Berkeley Bike Happy Hour! Our block party will feature Rock the Bike, beer by Drake’s Brewing and music from Planet Booty. Come for a 20% discount at Sports Basement and become a Bike East Bay member for a free drink.

Walk Oakland Bike Oakland is partnering with Oakland Central to throw a killer block party to finish Bike to Work Day in style. Latham Square will be hopping with live music, food trucks, beverages (for adults and children) and fun games and activities. Visit the Oakland Library Bike to meet socialize with Bike East Bay’s Women Bike Book Club.

Amtrak Capitol Corridor
ALL ABOARD THE CAPITOL CORRIDOR TRAIN for the only “in transit” Bike to Work Day Happy Hour, or as we like to call it at the Capitol Corridor, “Cappy Hour!” On Thursday, May 11th all trains in service will have discounted drinks between 4 and 8pm. Plus, on two afternoon/evening trains –Train 542 from San Jose to Sacramento, and Train 545 from Sacramento to Oakland – we’ll have complimentary food in the Café Car. See you on board!
