•One Hour Workshops
These sessions go in-depth with a certified bike instructor on a specific topic such as avoiding bike theft, riding after dark, carrying things by bike, bike-friendly driving, and more. 1-hour, online workshop.
•Urban Cycling 101
This 2-part series starts with a 2-hour “Day 1” session online, then continues with an optional “Day 2” on-the-bike class (outdoor, bike and helmet required). Learn rules of the road, crash avoidance maneuvers, and tips you can use on every bike ride in the East Bay.
•Adult Learn-to-Ride
For adults who have either not yet learned how to ride a bike, or did a long time ago but want a refresher on the basics of balancing, pedaling and steering. 3-hour outdoor workshop, bike and helmet required.
•Family Cycling Workshops
Join our certified instructors for a day of fun games, skills building, and a neighborhood ride. This workshop is for kids who are able to ride a bike and are ready to take to the roads and pathways with their parents. 3-hour outdoor workshop, bikes and helmets required.
