We’ll explore the Bay Trail and learn about the birds that live in this coastal habitat. The ride will continue to Drake’s in San Leandro, with an option to turn back when we reach Doolittle Drive for a trail-only ride experience. Meet at Fruitvale BART for a 1:00pm ride, or you can drive and park at Tidewater Boating Center to join the group around 1:30pm.

Meet at Strawberry Creek Park, 1260 Allston Way, Berkeley

Join Bike East Bay for a relaxed tour of the West Street Pathway, Ohlone Greenway, and Richmond Greenway, learning about the East Bay’s rail history along the way. We will start in Berkeley and finish at Richmond BART, with plenty of locations to hop on BART along the way for anyone interested in a shorter route. If you’re riding BART to Berkeley, you can join an optional early start at 12:30 from Downtown Berkeley BART.
