Details of a proposed $800 billion Stimulus plan have been released.

In terms of actual Transportation Infrastructure spending, the total amount would be $90B, of which only $10B would go towards transit. A whopping $1B would pay for new rail starts, with another $1.1B for Amtrak (needless to say, the plan has no dedicated bike/ped funding).
