Plans are in motion to rework San Pablo Dam road in El Sobrante. This busy four-lane street, which connects schools, transit, business districts, and places of worship, has been built to move as many cars as fast as possible. But slowing the street and making it more accessible for people who walk, bike, and take transit isn’t currently on the table.
