Last call to register for Intermediate Road Cycling class

Author: bcomadmin

Hi everybody,

Last call to register for the Fall Intermediate Road Cycling Class at Castro

Valley. It’s 4 weeks long on Sunday’s from 10-noon at the gym. I need at

least one more student to offer the class. I will be covering the instant turn

maneuver, multiple lane transitions, multidirection lane position to help you

get to where you want to go easily. You’ll also learn how to adjust your

headset, cable and finish your bike, pedal maintenance, crankset removal, and

other topics to reduce your risk of mechanical failure. This class is a

continuation of the Beginning class that ended last week.

On the last day, I have a written test and road exam, where so far all of my

students have done exceedingly well. Passing scores receive an official

certificate from me which allows you if you want to teach, to enroll in a

certification program. Either way you will be about 8 1/2 times better now

than when you began, and have the skill to reduce your risk of accidents by at

least 80%.

To enroll you must call Castro Valley Adult school at 510-886-100 by 4:00

today. The school’s web server has been down for several days.

Thank you, and I hope to see you soon. 🙂
