($100 after September 15, including at the door)

Includes auction preview, open bar during the VIP hour with signature cocktail, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages, specialty hors d’oeuvres, and an exclusive conversation with Liam O’Donoghue, creator and host of the podcast East Bay Yesterday.

Funds raised at Biketopia power our advocacy, education, community organizing, and engagement work throughout the year. 

Come ready to bid on our signature silent auction with awesome weekend getaways, beer and wine tours, fabulous bike accessories and more donated by bike-friendly businesses. You could even ride home on a new bike!

Donate as part of the Biketopia giving campaign to increase access and safety for all riders. Your support will be doubled by a generous donor up to $25,000, and enables us to fight for people-first streets throughout the East Bay while growing the movement for better biking.

Biketopia Awards

Submit nominations by Monday, August 11

Help us recognize those doing great work in our community. The winners will be announced mid-September, and recognized in person at Biketopia on September 30th in Downtown Oakland.

Best Community Advocacy

This award recognizes a group organizing and inspiring changemaking in bike advocacy, accessibility, education and fun. Is there a rad kids ride or Bike Bus happening in your neighborhood? Or a group taking direct action on local bike issues? Nominate them!

Best Bike Project

This award recognizes new and ongoing infrastructure projects, bikeways, better bike parking, and more. Is there a project that is really working in your neighborhood? Nominate it for this award and get it recognized.

Day-of Details

Please enter at the 13th Street entrance off of Martin Luther King Jr. Way.

  • Personal bicycle: Secure free valet bike parking available. The valet is located at the corner of 12th Street and Preservation Way (around the corner from the event’s main entrance off Martin Luther King Jr. Way.)

  • Bikeshare: A Bay Wheels dock is located one block away at Jefferson and 12th street.

  • Transit: BART to 12th Street station or AC Transit (many lines stop nearby on 12th Street).

  • Car: Street parking available.
