Alex Pretti’s local bike shop in Minneapolis, @angrycatfish is asking bikers to join in for a group ride to honor Alex. We are joining cyclists across the country to stand in solidarity against state violence. The East Bay ride is organized by local cyclists and community groups. Meet at Rockridge BART Plaza on Saturday 1/31 at 10am, for a 10:30am roll-out. There will be donations requested for local Bay Area ICE defense networks as well as Minneapolis organizations.
There will be 2 routes, but folks are welcome to take alternative paths.
- Hills Route: 39.5 miles, ending at Fruitvale Plaza
- Flat Route: 14 miles, ending at Fruitvale Plaza
