Join City of Berkeley staff and electeds on a guided walking tour of recent and proposed developments along San Pablo Avenue.
This tour will explore the size, character, entitlement process, and other aspects of these projects. It will also highlight key opportunity sites identified in the City’s Housing Element and additional potential opportunity sites identified in the Specific Plan Process.
The group will discuss the quality of these developments and their impact on the street’s character, public spaces, local businesses and community vitality. Your feedback will help the project team in preparing revisions to zoning and objective standards for the planning area.
This tour is for informational purposes only and is focused on the Specific Plan. It is not a forum for feedback or opinions on entitled or ongoing projects, as these discussions will not influence those developments.
