Join Telegraph For People in envisioning a car-free Telegraph St at the Car-Free Telegraph rally. They will be blocking off Telegraph Ave from Haste St to Bancroft and allowing pedestrians and cyclists to experience the street car-free. A part of their vision includes a dedicated bike/bus lane, so public transit will be allowed to pass through during the event. Volunteers will be there to facilitate access and closures.
