Protected bike lane ribbon cuttings
We’re rolling out the green carpet for Bike to Work Day! Protected bike lanes are hitting the ground in the East Bay, bringing you a safer and more comfortable ride. Join us on Tuesday, May 10 to cut the ribbon for Telegraph Avenue’s new protected lanes. Bike to Work Day will see grand openings for bikeways on Fulton Street in Berkeley, Christie Avenue in Emeryville and Grand Avenue in Oakland and Piedmont. Show your support for these great projects by attending a ribbon cutting.
