I heard something about bicyclists being attacked in north oakland by car drivers. I found someone mention it in a comment on a post on indybay

the part that i’m curious about is: “On the east bay bicycle list I’m subscribed to, some people keep reporting being attacked or having weapons brandished on the bike route in North Oakland, and then they hide in some bushes somewhere calling the police on the cell phone, and they never come. This has been the case where the car keeps circling the neighborhood or repeatedly trying to attack them for fun.”
If anyone has any information about this i would like to know, it has not been mentioned on the critical mass rides lists i am on and if someone can give me more info i can tell others about it to keep bicyclists safe.
