Westside Invite is a weekend of DIY urban racing happening October 9-12 and anyone can participate (not just bike messengers). Westside Invite is a decades old event, and the largest regular bike messenger championship happening on the West Coast. This year we are hosting it in the Bay Area for the first time since 2017! We are dwindling community worldwide but for the time being the culture still exists and the 50 or so of us left in the bay are excited to host it and have messengers and non-messengers alike visit from all over to participate.
