San Pablo Ave Meeting: Berkeley

Map of San Pablo Ave corridor project showing "bus and bike lanes" from Oakland to South Berkeley and "parallel bike improvements" from South Berkeley through Albany

Join Bike East Bay’s Advocacy Director Robert for this meet-up and get involved with our San Pablo Ave campaign.

Folks are invited to join us at the outdoor patio of Afghan Burrito in Berkeley for an update on Alameda CTC’s plans for San Pablo Avenue “parallel” bike route upgrades, South Berkeley to Albany, talk about campaign strategies and volunteer opportunities, then go on a short corridor walk to check out existing conditions and envision future updates.

Where:

Afghan Burrito, 2309 San Pablo Ave, Berkeley

This location is easily accessible by bus via AC Transit’s Line 72/72M, or those who bike to the restaurant can lock up at the racks outside or bring them into the large patio space

When:

Saturday, August 19, 11:30 AM to 1:30 PM

We encourage participants to purchase food or drinks from Afghan Burrito (menu here), though a purchase is not required in order to participate in this activity.
