description

The painted stripe marking the bike lane on Central has faded to invisibility between San Joaquin and the 580 Westbound onramp at the top of the overpass. As a result, cars encroach on the bike lane on their way to the top of the overpass to enter the 580 freeway. This is the signed and only access to the Bay Trail for a mile in either direction, so it is highly used by cyclists.
