Join us for a short and easy ride through the City of Pleasant Hill where Bicycle Coalition members and supporters will take a look at some of the challenging projects proposed for the new Plan, as well as some of the successes
The Draft Bicycle Plan has smartly proposed road diets on Gregory Lane and Cleaveland Rd, to get cyclists safely to City Hall and the downtown area, as well as on Morello Ave. Contra Costa Blvd will be getting bike lanes, as will Pleasant Hill Rd and Paso Nogal Rd. And many streets will be receiving sharrow treatments and new wayfinding signage modeled after the City of Oakland’s Design Guidelines for Bicycle Wayfinding Signage.
