Hercules Wins $10 Million Grant for Bay Trail and Intermodal Station

Hercules has been awarded almost $10 million by the state in connection with a planned railroad station, the city manager announced Wednesday. The California Transportation Commission approved an $8 million State Transportation Improvement Program (STIP) grant to build an intermodal ferry/train station, which would become a stop on the Amtrak Capitol Corridor. Additionally, the commission awarded two STIP grants totaling $1,959,000 to extend the San Francisco Bay Trail from the train station at Bayfront Boulevard to the Victoria by the Bay subdivision further north, including a stretch behind the Bio-Rad Laboratories campus.

description

It is a 2006 Specialized Hardrock Pro Bike. It is the black/gray colored bicycle. Had a small pouch under the seat for storing stuff from Livermore cyclery. Had a water bottle holder, a holder for a small air pump and it had a spedometer on the handle bars. It was very dusty as it had just been ridden up the Plesanton ridge.
