BRT Workshop - Downtown Berkeley

The workshop will present a summary of what the Downtown Area Plan Advisory Committee (DAPAC) is considering, where consensus appears to be emerging, and what issues are unresolved, followed by an opportunity for public comment. Please support BRT as a key element of the new emerging Downtown.

AC Transit #51 Study

In addition to a proposed Telegraph BRT corridor, AC Transit is also studying improvements to line #51, to reduce bunching and dwell times.

Special Berkeley Joint Meeting on BRT

WHERE: North Berkeley Senior Center, 1901 Hearst Ave

A meeting of a joint committee of the City of Berkeley Transportation Commission, the Planning Commission, and the Downtown Area Plan Advisory Council (DAPAC) will discuss the East Bay Bus Rapid Transit project. Jim Cunradi, AC Transit Bus Rapid Transit Project Manager, will give an overview of the project.

BRT Public Hearing - Berkeley

[g2:531 size=300 class="right"]This is the main Public Hearing in Berkeley on the AC Transit BRT Project (public comment on Draft EIR). Hardcore opponents of the project will probably mobilize for this meeting - supporters of public transit should attend to speak in favor of the project.
