Fremont finally has a beginning and intermediate road cycling class being offered through the Parks and Recreation Dept (www.regerec.com) beginning June 27, 2010.
The beginning road cycling class meets five times, for two hours each, and the following intermediate class meets four times for two hours each. It’s a total of 18 hours of quality coaching.
It’s a great way for you to become more confident. People that have completed this program improves their skills by eight times (8x). You’ll learn gears, shifting, braking, how to ride in traffic, repairs, maintenance, equipment selection, and many other cycling related skills. Overall you will become an effective cyclist.
Biking is a lot of fun when you have the know-how.
