The unincorporated communities of Alameda County are getting a new Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan. The plan will include all unincorporated communities of Ashland, Castlewood, Castro Valley, Cherryland, Fairview, Happy Valley, Hillcrest Knolls, San Lorenzo, and Sunol. Give your input for a future bicycle network in your neighborhood!
The Alameda County Public Works Agency is looking for people to participate on the Alameda County Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan for Unincorporated Areas Citizen Advisory Committee (CAC).
The CAC’s role is to provide input and feedback to County Staff throughout the development of the Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan Update. Their role is also to represent your community. By providing input, they will help us to develop a well-rounded and implementable Bicycle and Pedestrian Master Plan.
If you would like to serve on the CAC please contact Paul Keener at Public works: PaulK@acpwa.org. You can also email Bike East Bay Community Organizer Susie Hufstader with any questions at Susie@BikeEastBay.org
All are welcome to attend the first advisory committee meeting!
