MTC Regional Pedestrian & Bicycle Training Workshop

[G2:965 size=50 class=left]The interactive workshop, conducted by Fehr & Peers and Eisen | Letunic, is aimed at providing the latest bicycle & pedestrian design tools to practicing transportation and urban planning & design professionals.

  • Walkabout: join instructors on a 1-hour walk to observe & discuss common design concerns & solutions
  • Trends: Safe routes to school & transit; ped safety plans
  • Design innovations & updates re ADA, bike boulevards, trails, road diets,
    roundabouts, crossing treatments
  • Review of MTC’s new Routine Accommodation Checklist
