Shoreline Drive Bikeway Community Workshop #3

Thursday, October 18, 2012 - 7:00pm to 9:00pm

Alameda will unveil designs for a proposed new separated and protected bikeway on Shoreline Drive, perhaps like the bikeway at Lincoln Middle School on Fernside Dr. At two previous community meetings, residents expressed strong support for making dedicated space on the road for safe bike travel, and city staff promised to return with a cycle track design that met these concerns. Come show your support for a much better bicycling experience along Alameda’s shoreline.

Thursday Oct 18, 7:00-9:00pm
Lum Elementary School
1801 Sandcreek Way

See you there. If you can’t make it, please send an email of support to Gail Payne, City Planner and let her know she has your support for a cycle track on Shoreline Drive. Thanks.
