On Pill Hill in Oakland, I was biking to work southbound on Webster toward 29th Street light when I hit an unmarked wide and deep pothole and flipped, causing my collar bone to break. The pothole, I was told by those working at the Mercedes Benz dealership across the street, had been repaired twice in recent months but was sinking again. I'm concerned because this is a popular bike route to travel from north oakland to downtown oakland. Also, I wasn't going fast and could have easily avoided the pot hole if it had been marked such as with an outline of yellow paint. Thank you, Michelle Quinn UPDATE 6-1-15: Submitted to Oakland. Received Service Request Number: 584675. UPDATE 6-29-15: Submitted as one of BikeEastBay's "Top 10" hazards for Oakland to address.
