The Wildcat Creek Trail is a natural asset in the heart of North Richmond. The creek runs through a residential area and is directly in front of the only public school in the neighborhood, Verde Elementary. This trail is missing amenities and beautification that most trails have. Wildcat Creek has a long history of community involvement with designing and implementing projects to prevent flooding in the neighborhood.
Urban Tilth and a host of partners are continuing community efforts and initiatives to improve this space by hosting the Wildcat Creek Visioning Workshop on Friday, May 31st from 5 pm - 7 pm.
This is a free event, with food, childcare, and fun activities. You will also get a chance to hear more information and provide your insight on the future of Wildcat Creek Trail!
