Urban Cycling 101 Road Class - Oakland

Saturday, August 22, 2015 -
10:00am to 3:30pm

Free Bicycle Safety Class

Join us for a half day of bike riding! This is the second part of Urban Cycling 101 for adults and teens.

We’ll cover on-road, on-your-bike practice sessions, working in small groups with our certified instructors to improve your handling skills, emergency maneuvers, and ability to confidently and safely share the road with other traffic. A functional bike and helmet are required.

(Please note: Attending one of our “Day 1” classroom workshops is a prerequisite to taking this road class! If you can not make it to a classroom session before this date then contact robert@BikeEastBay.org for an alternate arrangement.)

Each attendee will receive a free set of Planet Bike lights for participating!
