TRANSPAC will consider again Version 2.2 of the draft Transportation Expenditure Plan of a new Measure J and in particular the proposed funding levels and policies that will govern how $2.3 billion will be spent. Bike East Bay will be here to defend the complete streets policy we have worked hard to develop and have incorporated into the draft plan and push for 5% for dedicated bike ped projects.
