The Richmond Bicycle Pedestrian Advisory Committee (BPAC) meets monthly with Richmond staff to provide guidance on upcoming projects and ensure implementation of the city’s Bicycle Master Plan and Pedestrian Plan. The BPAC is also an active part of the community; organizing rides, events, and being ambassadors for bicycling and walking.
