Richard Schwinn from Waterford Precision Cycles Talk

Thursday, February 18, 2016 - 6:30pm Stone's Cyclery - 2320 Santa Clara Ave, Alameda

Stone’s Cyclery is hosting a visit by Richard Schwinn to answer any questions you or your friends might have about Waterford or Gunnar bicycles.

Richard Schwinn, the owner of Waterford Precision Cycles and a long-time friend and colleague of Dennis Stone (RIP) will offer an evening of talk about Waterford’s USA-made steel bike frames and bicycling.

Light refreshments will be served. Those interested in Alameda history and the history of the bike shop will probably hear lots of good stories about Dennis from Richard along the way. Waterford builds bikes in what used it be Schwinn’s Paramount shop, where their iconic steel-framed racing and touring frames were built.
