Oakland Councilmember Dan Kalb and the City of Oakland Department of Transportation (OakDOT) invite you to a community open house to provide input on the Repairing Telegraph project. We’re improving safety, pavement conditions, and mobility on Telegraph from MacArthur Blvd to 52nd Street in 2019, and want your input on design ideas. Let OakDOT know you want protected bike lanes.
What: Repairing Telegraph Community Open House
When: Tuesday, August 21st, 6:30 – 8:00 pm
Where: Faith Presbyterian Church, 430 49th St, Oakland
Over the past two months, OakDOT has been collecting community input on your priorities for the street, and evaluating strategies to improve safety, equity and vibrancy along the corridor. At this meeting, you’ll see how we’ve taken this input and translated it into concepts—and you’ll have the chance to let us know what you think!
Can’t make the open house, but still want to provide input? We will have the concepts available online following the meeting, along with an accompanying survey. Please visit bit.ly/repair-telegraph after the 21st to take the updated survey.
