The City of Fremont is beginning the process of updating the City’s 2012 Bicycle Master Plan, which is an important guide for implementing many of the complete streets-related General Plan policies and goals. The City’s consultant, Fehr & Peers, will introduce the Fremont Bicycle Master Plan update, including purpose, scope, and schedule. The presentation will introduce the City’s vision for the update, which is anticipated to focus on an “all ages and abilities” network of low traffic stress bikeways, and will be followed by a discussion of the BPTAC’s desired outcomes for the Plan update.
