Coyote Hills Ice Cream Community Bike Ride - Bike Walk San Leandro

Join Cherry City Cyclists and Bike Walk San Leandro for a great summer pairing on a relaxed paced no-drop ice cream community bike ride to Coyote Hills Regional Park on the Alameda Creek Trail. This serene trail runs uninterrupted with no cars for 12 miles from Fremont to the San Francisco Bay. Meet on the west side of the Union City BART station on Union Square. We will experience 10 miles of the path, see the seasonal wetlands which is a magnet for birds and birdwatchers, take in the views across the Bay and the Dumbarton Bridge. At the end of the ride, reward yourself to a unique ice cream dessert at Sno-Crave before returning home. 

The main loop is approximately 18 miles with +/- options - Remember to meet on the west side of the Union City BART station.

9:30am - Meet & Greet
9:45am - Sign-in/Route options details/Group ride etiquette review 
10am - Start rolling!

For a 35 mile ride - “Lets roll” from the San Leandro BART station at 7:30 am. We will be traveling on roads east of 880 to the Union City BART Station.

Bring water, snacks and money. Helmets required. Bring a lock if interested in ice cream after the ride. All bikes welcome. Please make sure your bike is in good working order.
