Winter is coming, meaning shorter days and darker evening commutes. With a little knowledge and the right equipment your night-time bike rides can be safe AND fun!

Learn how to:

  • See and be seen in all conditions
  • Meet and exceed the legal requirements for lights and reflectors
  • Choose the right lights for the type of bicycling you'll be doing
  • Bling up your bike and yourself with highly visible accessories!

This 1-hour class is made possible via a partnership with the Berkeley Public Library and funding from the Alameda County Transportation Commission. This is an indoor, classroom-only workshop for adults and teens, so no bike is required in order to participate.
