 ne of our instructors certified by the League of A
 merican Bicyclists\, with funding provided by the 
 City of Alameda. Learn basic rules of the road\, h
 ow to equip your bicycle\, fit your helmet\, avoid
  bike theft\, ride after dark\, and prevent common
  crashes. 2-hour\, indoor workshop for adults and 
 teens\, no bike required.\n \n Attending this or a
 ny of our other classroom workshops qualifies you 
 to also sign up for one of our free &ldquo\;Day 2&
 rdquo\; on-the-bike road classes and earn a free s
