(other artists may be considered if space allows)
There will be ten artists selected to show their work as part of this show. We expect at least 100 – 300 people to come through that night. Each artist will have at least one 6 foot table and two chairs to use in a space approximately 10′ x 10′ Most spots have some wall space available to use (though walls are brick and you must use compatible hangers/hardware that you supply). Most spaces also have electrical outlets if you’d like additional lighting. The fee for each artist is $25 and will be used to pay for promotion and food for the event. This also will be a green event – with compostable products. Checks are tax-deductible and can be made out to EBBC. All sales go directly to the artist. I did this show last year and smaller items sold extremely well for the holidays.
To apply to be in the show please send the following information to Margo Rivera-Weiss at margo@wcrc.org:
Your name; best phone number(s) to reach you; the type of art you want to sell and how it relates to the theme of bike or recycled art; a few samples of your work (jpgs under 1 MB) or a link to a website.
Artists will be selected based on the quality and relevance of their art. Slots will be filled as submissions come in so please reply ASAP to be considered. Accepted artists will be contacted and spaces will be reserved when payment is received.
