Calling all parents and educators in the City of Hayward!

Have you thought about starting a bike bus (a fun, safe, and organized group ride where students and adults bike to school together) at a local school, but aren’t quite sure where to begin?

We are looking for two Hayward schools to partner with and launch a bike bus this upcoming school year! We will provide the resources (including stipends for parents), planning support, and guidance to help get it off the ground smoothly and safely.

Who we’re looking for: Passionate parents, caregivers, educators, or community champions ready to lead a fun, active morning commute.
School types: We are open to all public school levels (Elementary, Middle, or High School)—anywhere there is strong community interest!
